In both cases, i found that if they could prove that they had been in the country for 4 years plus then they can apply for indefinite leave to remain. Once granted, she than then apply for citzenship and later, a British passport…
As soon as the initial application is submitted (must be before her other visa expires!!!) then the process (long and lengthy) begins and they can not send her back until the outcome of the claim has been decided.
Worth getting some proper legal advice, as havent had anything to do with sort of stuff for a couple of years but managed to achieve positive outcomes for 2 asylum seekers on tihs basis…
im not saying this is the case my friend who is british married a russian she took half his house and then brought her new boyfriend into the house who was also russian and then let him live there they where sh…ging in the room next to his and also she turned the house into a russian hostel for all her buddies just be carefull mate hope you to realy love each other and its not a scam all the best hope to meet u 1day:)have a nice christmas

her family have spent well over £500.000. on her education in switzaland & uk over the past 10 years. do you really think she sounds like someone who needs to scam.

as for marriage, Maria will not marry me until she she has a visa on her own merit. ( ive tried but i also understand where she’s coming from) besides, she is an old fasioned girl & i need to go to russia & ask her father for her hand first…this summer if all goes well.

Hi- hope all is proceeding ok with your applications. I don’t have much to add that you probably don’t already know - but I would say that I’ve worked with a lot of Russian colleagues. I used to work at a conference company as sales manager and many of the staff were Russian- but the company did not ‘sponsor’ them. They had to have the appropriate visas. Most studied part time to be here on student visas and had to renew their studies or study something new in order to stay longer.
question: do mind me asking what Maria (Masha ) has studied? It could be that she is hot property on the job market and a company might be more willing to support her visa applications. I know there are some companies that offer services but charge a fee for this. Not sure if you’ve seen this lot?

Was offered a job there after the head of James la salle(i think) was shot as his job wasn’t given to a russian. Have a freind there who is a diplomat and even I know how low the montly russian income is.
Oh they also export all the good looking ones. Check out aeroflot/russian visa place near picadilly. Amazingly fit girls, whilst in moscow they are all toothless hags. Maybe I should frequent more classy bars tho.
