don’t know of any green lanes but i am jealous, have fun…
Having grown up in Cornwall from the age of 11, I can honestly tell you that you’re in for a treat! ;)Some fantastic roads, and you can go from one end to the other without hitting too many straight roads. Hope the weather holds out for you mate. Try heading towards somewhere like Mevagissey or Lostwithiel and get the real back roads!
Enjoy!
Am really looking forward to it, I love the roads down that way, I’ll be taking both sets of wheels for the husqy aswell so if the weathers a bit fruity I’ll be hitting the muddy stuff and if it’s dry it’ll be the Tarmac!
i stuck the offroad wheels back on the husqy on friday night and had a day at Baldhu Quarry on saturday! weather was really nice, cost £10 to ride for the whole day, really good place, not really set up for mx riders but excellent for enduro/green lane riding.
i ended up in a puddle that was up to my waist! another puddle had the engine on the husqy completely submerged, the bike handled the day quite well, had to do a few repairs back at the van though!
well worth going if your down in cornwall and your into this sort of thing! open 7 days a week,
Cornwall is ace but its very crowded now, people are now saying Devon is the new Cornwall but without the stinking tourists:P
It’s not that crowded at the moment! The weather is nasty!!
