If this becomes a thing TfL will have a nice little earner to fill the sky rockets of their fat cat executives. They’ll re-invent Greater London to be inside the A406/A205 Circulars and have their money for nothing by plugging into the ULEZ technology due to be rolled out in 2021 for a win win.

They’ll probably have exemptions or discounts for folk who live outside London but work or go to school in London. What about folk living in London with vehicles registered outside London?
