just wanted to say how impressed i am with this site. only been riding a few months, and recently found out about LB thro friends. the tech info available, (plus the banter and entertainment!) and the rideouts etc organised thro here all add up to make this an top top site so good on ya guys, well impressed. also, in light of some of the happenings over the last few weeks, re the rapid rate of bikes being stolen and the awful incident a few weeks ago (i hope all involved are doing well), its nice to know theres this kinda support and backup out there too.
so again, good on ya jay and foxy and the rest of the LB staff
Whooo, thank-you Pixie You put into words exactly what we’re trying to build here, a useful and supportive community, something that truely makes a difference to everyday riding in London, thanks! Nice to have you onboard…
I must echo Pixie’s comments here. Compared to a couple of other sites I have (albeit briefly) contributed to, this one (by a mile) creates much more of a “club” or “group” spirit.
The fact that London Bikers are so diverse in age, background, occupation, experience - and, of course, chosen bike!! - is what makes this virtual community so very remarkable.
I’ve only been on board for a very short time, and I’ve not yet ventured to the Ace or to Soho or Chelsea (shame on me, I know!!), but I already feel “part of it”, and utterly comfortable in sharing my thoughts (such as these) with those who share my passion.
To reitterate Pixie’s comments once again - well done Jay, Foxy and the team. Proper job!
but i dont ride a scooted or even a scooter i ride a CCM, alright so its been minatiurised and the bashplate almost scrapes the floor its so low but its still not a scooter easy to get my pegs down tho
