Just another freedom being taken away…complete madness. Soon there will be a complete ban on smoking…as there will be no companies making the damn stuff and it will become as illegal as cocaine.
totally nuts…but the guy is right insurance companies make the law in the US not politicians…getting a bit like that here now…
I can’t see it coming in over here because if you can’t get a job to pay for the fags the government will lose too much in tax.
If they don’t get the tax from fags then that money has to come from somewhere, which means taxes going up (even more for everybody).
I contracted at a firm a few years ago that let non-smokers go home 45mins early. I thought that was a good deal 
Other places I’ve worked I usually go out for fresh air breaks if a lot of people are smoking I work with. Don’t see why I should do more work for the same pay. Every time I’ve been pulled up for going out and not actually smoking I asked if they would stop the smokers doing the same thing. Never once has it gone any further.

I hate anything to do with banning things, there are enough laws in this country to put every single one of us in jail…thats the truth…thank the lord the police generally have the good sense to leave us mostly alone, and anyway they would not have enough time to do the paperwork.
