What, garlic cloves? Bet they keep the vampires at bay, but as for cold hands, you`re right, Mulled wine with cloves works well but only if you can get a glass big enough to fit your hands in. We used to have a cloves horse but had to get it put down when it developed a “mulled whinney”:hehe:

My gloves (or is that cloves?) came from a Newcastle (ish) internet shop. I think. just can’t remember which one.
Stick “Spada Force 2 WP” into a Google search and see what comes up. List at about £45. think I paid about £30 a couple of years back.
Would prefer to try them on cos not sure what size I would need.

Richa are doing a good pair of winter/waterproof gloves.
Outer is textile/leather and comes with a separate waterproof inner so stops the problem of knackering the waterproof bit when you don’t take the gloves off carefully.
Tried them yesterday, followed the instructions/blurb on the packet and filled the inner glove with hot water and all that came out was steam, so pretty cool and did what they claimed it could do.
Retail around £45 I’ll give him a call tomorrow and get the model name
