Havnt got many photo’s of the 80’s as as spent in a drink and drug fuelled fug until I got married in 87, then even the sex stopped

Eighties for me … long hair, singing in a rock band … had a car that looked like this …
That’s actually my old car on the left. The guys in the picture are it’s present owners. It’s a Gilbern Invader MkIII. It’s got crap wheels on it now (used to have Wolfrace mag-slots), but it’s still running the tuned Rover V8 motor. If you look carefully, you can see it has a roll cage in there. I had sooo much fun in that car! … Imagine the disgust I got from BMW 523i drivers when they couldn’t lose me!
