always worth checking electrical cables round the front of the frame make sure it hasnt been snagging or chaffing. If it has a bit of insulation tape will fix it
Oh the amount of times i’ve done that and before i knew it it was a thousand pieces - still, nothing like the feeling of satisfaction you get afterwards.
Im in Mile End so as long as it doesnt P*SS it down i dont mind lending a hand if you need it. (as long as you’re not too far! :))
Got to get a new locking nut at lunchtime - turns out i have nakered the thread when attempting to remove the crash bungs. . . visit halfords at lunch time i think!
May aswell give every panel a good clean, scratch removal, and good wax before i put them back on the bike!
Might even polish the exhaust!

Weather is looking crap. Not happy - Got to get the other two pannels off before i can do anyhting - am all cool with that, got to clean them . . . . . Dishwasher . . . . . . . . . . mmmmm!!
Will remeove the panels and wax them up tonight - to fit back on tomorrow if weather is good - Might put the gazibo up to work under if weather gets crap!
Looked it up in the trusty Haynes Manual - does not look too hard - Gonna take the side Fairings off when i get home - will get some help from someone in the kno when it comes to taking the tank off!

While it’s naked you need to do just like the Doctor did, put it on the side stand,turn the front wheel to full lock, stick your finger in, just behind the engine, and say, COUGH, Please. Go around to the other side and repeat.
But . . . . Where does this pipe go - my mate thinks it is an overflow of some kind, but dont have any idea where it needs to overflow to - does it just dangle down?
Put most of it back together last night after having a fight trying to get a sheared bolt of the crash bung . . . . this is how i left it when i went to bed!
