its not a matter of what he thinks, i think hes quite a good laugh and enjoy his style on top gear… however, in the world we live in, there is a very high content of eaisily led fcukwits and it only takes one of them to do what clarkson suggests (remember the comments about wanting to string cheesewire across his favorite road?) and seeing that a while back, a man got away scott free after knocking two bikers off after he swung a plank of wood across them when they passed through his village one sunday morning (one guy ended up in intensive care) its not so hard to belive that these idiots exist… not a lot different from that militant cleric telling people to blowthemselves up on tube trains… think about it people… it can happen

bike-hating Sussex villager has pleaded guilty to forcing a rider to crash – by swinging a wooden plank at him.
But he only got 40 hours community service and an order to pay rider Ian Wallis £550 in compensation.
Hugh Gunning of East Ashling, in West Sussex, told Chichester Crown Court he had brandished the plank at rider Ian Wallis because he was fed up with bikes speeding through the village.
Wallis had to duck to miss the 4ft plank, and crashed into a wall, suffering cuts and bruises.
Gunning, 44, pleaded guilty to assault and ABH.
Wallis had applied for £6500 compensation to cover a written-off Suzuki Bandit 1200, two months off work and his wrecked kit.
The judge settled on £550 to cover the cost of Wallis’ lid and jacket, because Gunning claimed he was unable to work, and sentenced him to the minimum amount of community service.
An angry Wallis said: " It’s a p***s-take to give him the minimum. He got off very lightly. Maybe if I’d broken a couple of legs or been left half-dead I would have got what I was owed. "

But you shouldnt take him too seriously… I hear what your saying Cezar but does this mean we should ban murder movies, stunt shows, boxing, alcohol… infact anything that might influence an idiot to go and do it themselves? I aint having a dig but the link you posted the other day with funny movies on… there was some real “choice” stuff there… if someone went out and blew someone else foot off cause they saw that clip that you posted… should we label you irresponsible and wreckless? Are you guys really asking for a nanny state where everything is censored for us? Mentally unstable and easily influenced people will always be that. They’re a very small percentage of the population so why punish everyone for their instabilities? It’s like when Natural Born Killers was released and a couple of people went on a murder spree in the States. When they were caught they cited the film as an influence. So what happens? A couple of the victim’s relatives tried to sue Oliver Stone and Warner Bros.! Obviously it was their fault - without the film these two people would obviously have gone on to lead perfectly normal, law abiding lives (/sarcasm).
He’s a twat, but I too wouldn’t like to see any censorship. For all we know, he could be putting it on just for reactions/viewers, as Silver says.
I do see your point Floyd! And I agree on that but one thing is a movie and another is a guy ho forms viewers opinios on the telly saying that he wants to klill me and you! Hes actually paid to review a car and its functions/usability on the road, instead he spend time judging which car would be better to kill a biker like me and you. He does form opinion and shouldn’t take this position towards us. He obvioulsly won’t be sacked but our indignation should be heard! He likers to read emails online? why he doesn’t go to the petition webpage and read one of the 1530(for now) signature comments that are there?

I’ve not signed it, I for one have found Clarkson amusing at times, some of his comments about bikers i find funny too - ok not comments about being shot or cheesewired obviously.
In any case aren’t the diddy bloke (Richard Hammond) & the one with the wannabe mullet (James May) bikers? 
Yes, I do respect your view point Biggus and the others too. Perhaps the fact I got so ungry with that is due to my sense of humour being quite different then the british one… But where I came from the thiefs use the ‘cheesewire’ to nock down the curriers and steal their bags. In Brazil we have already had dozens of bikers deaths by a wire being post on their way in order to nock them off the bike. I can’t find it funny or forgivable in any state of humour. Tha’s only my way to see it!
