After a recommendation by Joby I decided to take my bike to Chiswick Honda for it’s 8000 mile service. I filled out service booking form on-line on Tuesday night, got called on Wednesday morning, booked it in for Friday, dropped it off at 08:00 this morning, picked it up at 13:00 this afternoon, serviced, lubed and washed. Upfront over to phone quote so I knew what I’d be paying and probably would have come out a bit more expensive than some independent dealer quotes I received (I could only get labour charge quoted). Friendly staff, big showroom, stock a fair amount of gear, sell all things Honda, even have a Costa inside. I got a courtesy bike to get me back into work (CBF 500) and no problems there. Admittedly I was hoping for a 2008 Fireblade, but alas.
