Cheer me up please.

Had my accident a month ago, hit by a drunk driver and wont be able to walk for 6 months and have to sell my bike. Wife was laid off two weeks ago with no severence pay, the company she works for have gone bust. Got home from 6 hours in Kings hospital today and the flat about us has had a pipe burst so we now live in a swamp.

Make me smile again:crying:

I dont know what to say mate, thats just severe bad luck.

Sorry to hear your s’hit luck at the moment :pinch:but

I can come round with my Hairdryer if that will help

They are doing buy one get one free on Tuna in Tesco’s… no?

oh

Oh plus jjb are having a sale on running shoe’s… oh …oops:D

You are a star! It will need to be a big hairdryer:D

Grrrrr:angry:

Put on DMax on Sky…the little Japanese guy is tattoo’ing 2 lesbians just above their extremely skimpy bikini bottoms

Oooh, might just take a sneaky look.

He’s finished tattoo’ing the girlies now but keen an eye out for the repeat…lots of them!

Sorry to hear this mate - I’m currently lying about with a broken leg myself due to stupid blind cager b*tch.

Rest assured things will get better - you’ll both be back on your feet next year and ready to take on the world again.

That’s a bit **** mate. I always try to remember that there’s always someone worse off than you in the world. Can you drill a hole in your floor so that the water becomes your downstairs neighbours problem?

for a kfc mega bucket i will collect all the water for you, find the driver that hit and teach them a whole new meaning to the term “drink problem” mwaaahhh haaarr haaaaaarrrrrrrr

really sorry to hear about the hit…kings college is in camberwell isnt it? i remember that place…i was once approached by a woman with size 11 feet who said she found me strangely attractive…hmmm.

Don;t know about smile, but did she work for tge company form ore than 2 years?

If so then call the Depoartmetn for Trade and Industtry, she can claim reducndancy from them.

They are called smomthing else now but my mind isn;t its normal sharoness.

Sorry to hear of all your bad luck man, that sucks, but I’m sure things will be on the up before you know it, and lets face it, at least your typing, spelling and grammar aren’t as bad as Kev’s?!?

John - how about some jokes? or wine?

That is crap for you. I can’t think of anything to make you smile but do understand that things can turn to sh*te quite quickly and without any help from those involved – luckily, and with a bit of effort, they can go good at just the same speed so hopefully that is the end of your bad luck and things will start looking up.

Pure genius!

Sorry to hear about all that sh1t!:ermm: Remember to feel the love from LB. As Jse1 says, where would you rather be right now, in the Congo right now or laid up in your swamp and no money coming in?

I grew up in a Barnardos childrens home with a fella who’s dad butchered there mother in their family home. He was never caught and then just a few years later murdered their step mum in the same way. Some of the kids walked in on the aftermath!

They were then put in Barnardos(at 4yrs old) where this guy was the sexually abused. Shortly after leaving Barnardos (18-19yrs) he left a Pub with one of his brothers on their motorbikes, they was prolly racing. His brother died and I suspect he blames his self. Many years later he crashed a motorcycle. The whole thing broke his spirit. That cost him his marriage, house and kids. When my chips are down, I used to think of my dear friends life. As Jse1 says, drill a s hole in your floor… I mean there’s always someone else!

I used to think of this guys situation when life was doing what it can do. Now I cuddle my kids and/or listen to David Sanborn:cool:

i know how ya feel mate!

had a shitty time lately myself…everything seems to go wrong at once huh!? remember tho fella, unfortunetly theres always someone else worse off, it aint that bad…a run of luck is around the corner!

tell ya what i think i’d rather have a broken foot/leg, i aint sat down properly or comfertably for 3 bloody weeks! AND! when they cut me stitches out…the doc stabbed me 3 times in me arse cheek!! my fault for moving i suppose:D:D:w00t:

or…going for a number 2…dont strain…you’ll pop ya stitches!:w00t::w00t: lovely!

note* i been up all night, im a bit worse for wear., ummmmm pankillers and lemon…

Crikey! I used to have a boy-friend like that! I’d lay off the lemons for a while tho!

No very good isn’t?

  1. Your accident: you’re still here to tell the story right? You will be able to walk after 6 months? Who said that, why not 2 months or two weeks?
  2. Selling your bike is not a drama, it’s a piece of metal and plastic, nothing more isn’t? It’s a money in the pocket!
  3. She has no job? That a big problem. Ask her to start looking for another one. What about you, do you have any income?
  4. Money from bike will cover repair to your pipe problem. Why you did not insure your place for such event in the first place?

I know that it’s sound rough, but I hope that will help you to see things at another angle.

Pm me if you wanna talk.
