I emailed to if it does actually have anti lock brakes with the ABS and I got this reply:

I interested to know how the power assisted steering works? Is it computer controlled? Would you deliver to south london as I am still to do my test but really like the bike because its green and you say it’s like riding a NASA space rocket.
