Charly - you say a ride out will be organised to the site for the air trips - do you mean that you need a minimum amount of people to go?
No. 1 or a 100 it doesn’t matter. The pilots are down there flying most weekends (weather permitting) so it’s a very flexible operation.
Once a date is chosen for this to happen (the offical date if you like) you can still redeem your flight on a diffrent date if you can’t make the advertised one. If this is the case you’ll be expected to book your flight in advance with the pilot for your choosen plane and make your own way to and from the airfield.
Obviously I would like to sell as many tickets as possible to maxamize the proceeds going to the LAA.
