CBT AND OFF!!!!

BOUGHT THE GIRLFRIEND A CBR125R TO LEARN ON AFTER HAVING A GO ON MY TRUMPET!!! AND SHE HAD HER CBT TODAY

HER ROAD SKILLS AND GENERAL RIDING ARE SPOT ON BUT WHEN IT COMES TO U TURNS…OH O A LITTLE TROUBLE, SHE MANAGED IT OFF ROAD BUT WHEN SHE HAD TO DO IT ON THE ROAD …SHE HAD HER FIRST OFF!!!

FRUSTRATED , A LITTLE BRUISED AND TEARFUL SHE TRIED AND TRIED AND TRIED, THE INSTRUCTOR TOLD HER TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY, NO CHARGE AND DO IT AGAIN.

QUOTE “I`M NOT LEAVIN HERE HAVIN FAILED” SHE SAYS

SO SHE GRITTED HER TEETH AND TRIED AND TRIED AGAIN…AND NOW SHE HAS PASSED:w00t::stuck_out_tongue:

GOOD ON YA GIRL I KNEW YOU WOULD DO IT.

SO WHEN YA GOING 4 THE BIG ONE?..AFTER SOME MORE U TURN PRACTICE!!!

PROUD OF YA FOR CARRYIN ON WHEN OTHERS WOULD HAVE LET IT BEAT THEM…:w00t::D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Hoooray! Stuubornly refusing to be beaten very admirable go girl! Congrats on the pass

Well done that girlfriend, i’m not surprised you are proud of her. That is one determined young lady. Will she be joining us all on the forum. It would be nice to welcome another lady biker.

jeez hows your luck mate sounds like you got a right stubborn there, best you start ‘training’ her

but fair play to her and congrats on passing

good on her!!! well done to her daz!!

That’s the spirit

Good girl !

Mrs Wimbledaz sounds like she’s no quitter! Congratulations to her for demonstrating such immense grit.

I made the mistake of thinking I’d be a riding natural, even though I’d never ridden a bike before – so my CBT (some years ago) was as entertaining as hers + kangaroo hopping + hard braking + holding on like my hands were welded to the bars!

Well done darlin

go girl go girl go girl!

"patience is a virtue,

virtue is a grace

grace is a lil girl

with mud on her face!"

stubborness is not a bad thing lol

This is great news; many congratulations to her. I had a girlfriend who did her CBT in Vauxhall a few years ago but failed - it started to rain so she started getting her bumbag/rainsuit ready to put on, whilst she was riding. She crashed into a chainlink fence and dislocated her knee. I was at home and received a phone call from the police asking me to collect her from A&E at St Thomas’s. Not a nice experience for either of us…
