CBR660F4i '03 Plastic & Parts

hi all,

now i may be a muppet on this one, but looking around the net shops for things like tail tidy brackets and undertrays etc for my bike isnt going well…

no-one seems to show plastic bits for a CBR 600 F '03 plate (surely common as muck, no?)

should i therefore be using CBR600F Sport products etc?

anyone know a good site for newer CBR Fs ?

I didn’t think you could get a tail tidy for the CBR600F because of the locking mechanism for the underseat storage!! if you manage find one, let me know please :slight_smile:

i heard you can find them but the lock gets moved about a bit

I cut the plastic myself. looks pretty good. Ill take a few pics and post em when i get a chance. Was very simple.

my main aim is to tidy the tail up a bit, want a smaller plate holder/plate and mini indicators

I put the mini indicators on mine a few weeks back, think they look much better - http://londonbikers.com/forums/Topic327440-35-1.aspx#bm327584

Got a smaller plate (7x5) to put on tomorrow, watched Davebez do his the other week so I am going to do the same, cut away at the plastic bit that the original plate is stuck too and pop the smaller one on, there is a perfect raised bit under where the original plates is that fits the 7x5 plate perfectly :slight_smile:

You gotta get the full set, the standard one’s are so bulky, can’t remember the make of the one’s I got but they are LED one’s.

Yeah, they look pretty good, not sure if they are the one’s I have but almost identical, think mine might me made by Bike It!!
