That is absolutely awful. 
I’m guessing the lesson is go through the Dealers insurance straight away and don’t listen to them bleating as to why their employee was doing a stupidly fast wheelie on your bike and trashing it.
Crazy, but yeah, shops insurance will cover it. Depends if the dealer is reasonable or not and wants to cause the customer trouble.
