can anyone loan me some stuff for a weekend? (helmet,waterproofs)

As above, have managed to convince a lady friend of mine to try pillion riding with me this weekend.

Now, she has boots, jackets and jeans (I know jeans arn’t ideal)

I am in need of a helmet (small or medium) and some waterproof over suit type things?

If anyone has anything willing to lend to the cause would really appreciate it and obviously buy you a pint or something up BM. Age, condition, street cred worthy not important :slight_smile:

PS if any ladies have some textile trousers spare would be good to get something safer than jeans

If you really need it you can use my spare lid, its a medium arai chaser if any good.

I’ve got a couple of spare helmets Leon, both size M and a pair of trousers and possibly water proofs and gloves. Probably best to drop round and so she can try them? Nothing worse than having the wrong sized gear on that’s going to spoil the ride because she’s uncomfortable…

I’m away for the weekend, so you can borrow my waterproofs if you want (or the above don’t fit).
I have a nearly new, but cheap (£100) helmet you can borrow. I think it’s a medium or large though.

also so got some waterproofs trousers (the spada ones that go over jeans) my wife used & can bring (early) to BM

ive got a camaflouge textile 2 piece suit in a large if its any use to you mate your more than welcome.

we are heading over to naturegirls on wed for her to try on a medium helmet and some trousers! hopefully they fit and were sorted if not I may well see if she can come and try the small arai you have PJ? really conscious of the helmet fitting properly.

Seeing as everyone’s being so generous. I’m looking to borrow a litre bike of any description tat’s less than 5 years old so that I may rag the tits of it :slight_smile:

would it not be easier to pop into a bike shop, try on different sizes, then go to the persons house who has the size you wish to borrow? otherwise you could spend a day travellin round london to see whether a small or medium is a best fit :w00t:
