Has anyone had any experience with Bulletproof motorbike gear? I use draggin jeans on my supermoto and wear a leather jacket. The jeans have proved to be realy good with an off i had on my old 640 moto when i stacked it at about 60. Im thinking of getting some from Bulletproof aswell as a hoody or longsleeve t-shirt to go over my armour for when the weathers hot.
Question is are they any good? Has anyone had the unfortunate time of putting them to the test?
Kevlar doesn’t heat up as bad to give third degree burns. if you’re wearing your armour (locked in position) and the kevlar stuff over it, it should be just fine - apart from looking very gay.
I have bulletproof jeans and apart from fiddly knee armour pockets they are ok, the only damage I had in my off were a couple of holes in the back pocket, admittedly my off was only about 30 mph :Whistling:
Mine came with knee and hip armour, there is a velcro fastening all around the waistband to attach the removable hip armour to so you can remove it easily. Fairly comfy as they are lined inside.
Ive worn Draggin Jeans for atleast 3 years with mx knee pads. I was just wondering if the Bulletproof ones are as good along with their tops… They are a better look than leathers i think… Wouldn’t of ever classed them as chavvy, but hey everybody to their own opinion ey
Look good but they realy need to improve on the style… Not into the denim jean look nor the normal green DPM thats just too keen for me, i like me urban or black combats. And they dont do the sort of top id like either.
Hmm yeah i think the boys at work will be the first wanting to test that out… may try it myself, be a damn site lighter than what we use atm :w00t::hehe:
