Bennetts British Superbike Championship - Round OneThank you for purchasing advance tickets for this weekend’s opening round of the 2008 British Superbike season.

We have pleasure in providing some important information to help you make the most of your weekend.

Traffic and Car Parking

Due to the recent adverse weather conditions many areas may still be wet underfoot. Customers should take extra care when moving around car parks and other parts of the venue.

When approaching Brands Hatch please follow the highway signage and directions given by the Police and members of staff. When leaving the venue at the end of racing there may be traffic jams so please be patient. Follow any diversion signs as you exit the venue as this will be your quickest route home. All routes provide access to the M25. Radio Brands is operating on 87.7FM and will broadcast all the latest information.

Please note that South Bank is available for car parking this weekend, though not on the grass areas. Parking on South Bank is free of charge on Friday, £2 on Saturday and £5 on Sunday.

Weekend Camping

As a consequence of the recent weather we have also limited the number of people who are able to camp on-site, and these areas are now sold out. Camping will not be available to purchase at the circuit.

Gate Opening Times

Gates open at 8am on Friday, 8am on Saturday and 7am on Sunday. For a full timetable of the weekend’s event <A href=“https://tickets.motorsportvision.co.uk/events/timetables/080406%20BSB%20BH%20Timetable.pdf” target=_blank onclick=“onClickUnsafeLink(event);”>click here.

Grandstand Seating

Paddock Hill Bend Grandstand is sold out for raceday but qualifying seats will still be available to purchase on the day from the Megastore for £5. There is limited Sunday seating available in Pit Straight and Hailwoods Grandstand, also available to purchase from the Megastore.

Pit Walkabouts

There is a pitwalk on Sunday morning scheduled to start at 9am sharp. Anyone intending on taking part will need to arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early.

Tickets

Please bring your tickets with you to the circuit - copies and receipts are not accepted. All tickets ordered prior to Wednesday have been dispatched and are sent by Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required.

In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the venue office.

I’ll be there with the MKW Suspension racing team, save a big cheer for Sam Middlemas number 28 in the Metzeler National Superstock 600 series.
