I was having trouble breaking in some Hein gericke leather trousers as they dont have any stretch panels and the leather seems quite thick, the thing that finally did it was getting stuck in the rain. I let them dry naturally over a day or 2 and they were great after that. So perhaps getting them wet and wearing them for a bit?
