“Sorry the change ups the premium - £22 extra - How would you like to pay???”
Went apey s!$%ty with them - accused them of quoting low to get business - misreading my details - then charging higher then competition.
Told them I always take screenshots of online forms and that shows I ticked the “kids under 16” box.
Result - extra premium waived ( still paid for the 0845 number though)
