Were any of you guys and girls at the Blackheath tea hut today at about 10.45am? I was with the group of learners on their DAS course - we were having a cuppa and a bacon roll when a huge fleet of SV650s rolled in (with a couple of Gixxers and a Ducati 996 thrown in for good measure).
If you were, then hello! Hope to be seeing you back there soon - with any luck, I won’t be on a CG125 next time 
They weren’t Gixxers they were TL1000 's Chunkymonkey will be most upset… It was the V-Twin rideout to Brands Hatch…oh and some of the Sv650s were 1000s - they have twin exhausts:)Hurry up - pass your test and buy an Sv650 - they best newbie machine available… I’ve only been riding 20 years and I love mine

Cheers, mate - it seems to be going OK so far. I took a faithful Metropolis CG125 out for an extended u-turn session this evening and managed to do 8 in a row. On to the 500s tomorrow, so hopefully it’ll be a mite easier!
I’ve probably only ridden a total of 150 miles so far, but I’m hooked already.
