How do you think the Police will react about a black and silver number plate on the back of my black Stealth K5 ???
I think they’d be all over it mate - although perhaps not in a good way…
the police will probably get very arsey bout that, ur not allowed black/silver plates on anything after 1974. they could do anything from giving you a rectification notice (getting it replaced and checked) or worse depending how much of a tit the copper is… best thing i can suggest is carry a legit one under your seat and if stopped say something like sorrry officer, i just had some photos taken of the bike but forgot to change it back, then put the legit one on to keep em happy
I go with Matt, carry a standard one with you, I know it could be a problem but it may get you off a £30 fine.
I reckon it’d look really nice, have seen a few black gixxers (K4’s) with them already, but don’t know how they get on with the plod. If you feel brave, do carry a spare under the seat! I do now.
