In anticipation of moving house shortly I’m having a bit of a clear out of stuff that I don’t use or need to save me packing it up and moving it to sit unused in the new place. Offers welcome on the lot, I want rid of it all so the wife stops nagging me about all the junk I have in the spare room
- Nolan N43 air helmet: I bought this without really trying it on properly and it’s just a bit too small, it’s fine for short periods but after 30 minutes or so I start to feel a few tight spots. In good nick, only been work maybe half a dozen times while I tried to convince myself that it did fit. There’s a small scuff on the right (can see in the pictures) which I think must be where I rubbed it against the wall in my bike gear cupboard when I put it away. It has fantastic field of vision and great ventilation, ideal as a town commuting lid (what I bought it for) it also has a detachable chin bar so can be arranged into a few configurations with or without chinbar, visor and peak etc - comes with the bag and the visor, pinlock pins are fitted but no pinlock insert, I can include a fog city insert if you want it. I stuck some black reflective tape to it, you don’t really see it unless it’s in headlights but can be easily removed if required. Size medium £30

- Keis heated grips: Got as a gift but already have heated grips on the bike, unused and still in the box £20

- Hein Gericke bike cover: Used for a few weeks before I decided to get a thicker, heatproof version with lock loops. It’s one of the thin ones, no liner, so it packs up small but probably less robust than the thicker ones. The strap that goes under the bike slightly melted on the exhaust (see picture) at some point but still works fine. It’s about the right size for my Yamaha XJ6 without the topbox. Comes in a small bag. £10

- Cheapy Lidl gloves: I think they only cost £15 or so new, size medium, labelled as thinsulate but they certainly aren’t winter gloves, I’d say spring/autumn use. £5 or I’ll chuck 'em in with any of the above
