these are for my very trick ZX7-RR endurance replica. the yokes were the only thing on my bike that were unmodified so i thought i had better pull my finger out

Very nice… Did you have them machined? or are they off the shelf…?
A legitimate and genuine question from someone with no idea … why/what difference do they make? Just to look different or do they serve a purpose/function/improve something? 
they are stronger, stiffer and lighter than the originals. they can also be adjusted by fitting different inserts into them whioch changes the angle of the steering.
oh and they look cool as a penguins cold bits
