Blimey I’m surprised they sent you that form. Ok lots of organisations have standard processes that automatically trigger letters at certain points but it is something of an oversight by the organisers not to have taken you out of the process, given what you went through. Someone clearly forgot.
It’s an automated process generated by the attendance list, you attended therefore you get a form… to be fair they’ve run hundreds and hundres, possibly thousands of courses, and I think you’re the first one whose been deliberately rammed off his bike at the same time as your assessor by 3 scrotes in a stolen car. Probably the last thing on anyone’s mind was to put a note on the list saying “for ****'s sake don’t send him a feedback form, he finished the day in casualty” :)You might want to give the bike safe team a bell though just so they can learn from it for next time…
Glad to know that you are back on two wheels. As the others have said it is probably just an automatic computer generated response. I would fill in the form to the extent that you can and include a polite letter letting them know your feelings and mention some changes to procedures should be made.
