Bikers V's thieves - Bikers score one back -

So,

I was chatting to a mate who is known as Jimmy, actually big Jimmy, he is about 6ft 4ins and a sturdy 19 stone.

He rides a brand new full power Aprilla RS 125 R (not the normal aprilla rider but pretty new to biking)

He loves the bike, and on saturday night came home after a little spin, parked the bike up and went to get his chain from his flat. As he gets in the flat his home phones rings and he takes the call, the call lasted about 10 mins before he went back outside with his chain in hand to find 3 guys “fiddling” with his bike,

So Big Jim says WTF are you doing, and this guy says non of your fuking buisness and stand up and the 3 walk towards jim, at this point jim notices they have some sort of tool in hand and so as the gets close to him jim gives him a smack across the neck/head with his chain and puts the guy straight down, the other 2 drop whatever they had in hand and leg it with jim chasing them in full voice, unfortunaley due to his stature he could not keep up, by the time he got back to the bike the guy who he smacked had gone and there was a smallish amount of blood where he had obviously caught this guy pretty well.

Im not saying this is the right thing to do, and he is also a bit shaken up but said it was his natural reaction when they started towards him and thinks if he hadn’t reacted the way he did he may have been attacked.

However i think its bloody good one of these as**oles copped it, and deep down we would all like to catch one of these fookers and give him a old fashioned telling off.

Only problem is he is now worried they will come back and has moved the bike. He did call the police and tell them what happend, and they wern’t to happy about him lumping one of then with a chain, but as they left the male cop said to him “good work” and gave him a wink.

Just though i would share.

good wark indeed!

was it an almax?

Glad his bike didn’t get nicked but he may want to take extra special care of it now, they now know where he lives and are probably pee’d off cos they got hurt, they might try and come back for it, they’d be f-ing brave to do so but these people generally don’t have many brain cells so wouldn’t suprise me if they were stupid enough!!

:pinch: any chain round the head would hurt but an Almax!!! OUCH!!

it was the really thick Abus, i know as i made him buy it, i think it called the super magnum he said the lock was on it and he copped the lock to the head, he though he knocked him out and was gutted when he got back and the guy was not there.

But to be honest its good, otherwise there would be a dead thief post on here!!!

Yeah he is worried about the bike, and has paid to have it kept in a secure car park for a couple of months.

Awesome, the little scrotes will hopefully think twice about this type of thing.

Speaking personally - bloody good on Big Jim!

I only hope he remains safe after all that.

Yea, I guess it’s a good thing that the policeman gave him a ‘well done’ etc, but it’s only sad that we live in a society where this sort of thing will happen (they’ll have a go outside an open door and front up to the owner when he comes back) and either there aren’t enough police or they aren’t given the necessary powers to stop/ deter this sort of thing in the first place.

Get Jim to sign up to LB, I’m sure he’ll get a few virtual pats on the back

He needs to park the bike well away from there now as it seems likely they will get up to some mischief with it when he’s not around, probably smash it up or set it on fire. I had a bike set on fire once, not nice to get to your p&j in the morning for the ride into work to be confronted by a smouldering wreck of what used to be a very nice bike.

Is there a garage in the neighbourhood that he can rent?

Good on your mate. Unfortunately there are plenty of other thieving gits around. My son parks his bike in Bloomsbury - guy who parks next to him had his GSXR 600 picked up and put in a van today - in a secured area with cctv which caught it all. But will the police catch them?

Unfortunately he hadn’t put a chain on the bike, but you wouldn’t have thought you’d need to inside the College - just shows - nowhere is safe from these scum.

thats funny cos big jim lives in Covent Garden, it seems Central London is a good attack point at the moment.

He has now moved it to an underground car park.

Shame it wont stop them from nicking someone else’s bike. At least he got some satisfaction out of it

Well done Big Jim - The fact that there were 3 of them would have given them some courage because on their own, they are nothing but weak good for nothing buttocks. I hope that should I find myself in a similar position, I would do the same and face the consequences.

3 work colleagues have been attacked in the last 2 weeks by drunk or stoned teeangers hanging around the streets at all hours. 1 was in Cardiff, beaten by 4, ended up in A&E - No witnesses or CCTV despite it being the centre of town. Another in Harefield, beaten and mugged by 5, ended up in A&E and came out on Saturday, no witnesses. The other in Surrey, beaten by 3 (alleged) with 2 bystanders, went to hospital where he died the following morning.

A part of me thinks he shouldn’t have got involved, and left it to the police.

Another part of me is thinking way to go, but next time aim for his hands. Glad he got a nice result, because to be honest the revolving door courts would just the desert penguins go.

Three blokes? tooled up? coming towards him! think he was in his right to defend himself and his property

Lets look out for scrotes with bandages to their head! lol the b@stards

Good on him.

Let’s hope the scrotes don’t take him to court on GBH charges…and win they’re case.

I wouldn’t be surprised nowadays.

I’m surprised they didn’t call the police and have him done for common assault at the very least… these little b******* generally would and it’s not like the allegation of interfering with the bike would get you off!

We can all sympathise with him and would like to think we might do the same but he was really lucky the guy he hit had gone when he got back.

Hitting him on the head with a chain and padlock could have easily have killed him or seriously injured him - either way your mate would almost certainly have been charged. If he had not been seriously injured, what would your mate have done with him? - any further ‘contact’ would not be self defence and delivering him to Plod might force their hand into charging your mate.

Sounds like it was the best outcome - bike not stolen, thieves taught a lesson, no come back on the victim.

Not actually, he could state I felt threatened when they were walking upto me, invaded my personal space so I laid one on him to protect myself. When police check that and the criminal history checks on those scrotes (which would be loads i’m sure) they will see a bigger picture.

Great news and about time we got some revenge on these Scum ba*****ds. Good on him!

I think I would of stuck the boot in just for good measure.:D:D
