Seems a bit harsh, not as if there were many people about. But if you must be involved in “Social Media” then it’s your own fault.

I can’t wait till they fit a camera up everyone backside

Life will be so peaceful

Pin.

Bastard man. Propper bastards

Fair point, looks like a right twat with more money than sense.

“driving without due care and attention” is the most bollox offence there is and can be used for anything that a copper whats it to and tbh should not exist.

any offence that in one officers eyes could be seen as a offence but in a second officers eyes would be fine should not exist, only takes one jobs worth to not like something normal and then you get points and a fine.

One might think bursting yer rear tyre was a lack of care and attention unless it had a nail, screw or bit of sharp flint in it.

… and … how does he propose to get home?

that’s exactly what i said one might and then again another might not.

to get points it should be strict facts doing 35 in a 30 hard fact you was speeding you jump a red light hard fact you jumped a red light. a burnout or wheelie or endo or skid does not really have a offence code they make one crappy offence up that they can throw on you for doing anything they can do you for looking in your mirrors to much if they wanted to or doing to many life savers. was a guy at college who was done for drinking a drink at a set of lights.

You’ve lost us there Ross. All we were trying to say was that not having due care & attention can be dangerous.

There does not need to be a specific code for all nobberish actions - they would have to be making up a new one every week at the rate nobbers find idiotic things to do.

Still, half the price of doing burnouts in a car - perhaps the fine is proportional to the number of wheels?

Imagine the list of offences that would be needed to replace the ‘subjective’ ones like driving without due care/dangerous driving:

Driving whilst juggling, driving whilst applying eyeshadow, skinning up in the fast lane, pulling out in front of a motorbike etc. etc. etc.

The first clip looked like it was on private land, not the public highway!

How does a 21 year old get insured for one of those blue type cars, can’t remember what you call them, but I know they are fast and expensive to insure.

Subaru impreza? IIRC they make a 1.6l version that looks the same as the 2.0l turbo.

1.6 would hardly spin the front wheels, not all four

This blue car is subaru impreza WRX STI and depending on options has from 280bhp +
Its easy to insure any car when u got rich Daddy and Mummy.
