Wrong time…wrong place to attempt to “push it” like that. I can’t imagine how the driver of that cage feels…hitting someone…and then bouncing over them with your cage must leave memories that are truly unpleasant and that last forever. 
Hopefully the biker lived to tell the tale…and learned from that mistake.
