Bike to borrow

Im coming to uk for a 4 week holiday in March or April, im from the Uk and i migrated to Brisbane from London.

Wanted to hire a bike when im over , but it looks very expensive.

I was wondering if anyone has a spare Bike around that they dont need to use for 4 weeks next march or april, no harm in asking. I am allowed to ride up to 650 here in Queensland, but it has restricted output.

Hi David i think you;ll struggle to hire one “cheep” as you say What about just buying a cheap bike for £500 ? ? ? Then sell just before you go home?
Reason i ask is if you buy my Yamaha Diversion 600cc for Say £600 i would agree to buy it back for an agreed price subject to agreement. You then have something to ride while here plus an agreed sale when your finished.
