Bike Thief Countermeasure

I just had a fantastic idea. Someone gets a van and drives round looking for bike thieves, then when no ones looking, jump out, cut their feet off (equivalent to a chain/ lock maybe?). Stick them in the back of the refrigerated van so no one hears them, just like a bike alarm, then get to a warehouse, and cut them up (like breaking a bike for parts). Next, get on the blower to Mr foreigner and start flogging the body parts to people that deal in that sorta thing

Or, after bundling them into the van (without the feet chopping), stick them in a shipping container, send em abroad and sell them as cheap transport. hahahahahah.

I’m sure I can find an outlet for major organs such as liver, kidneys, lungs and heart – so long as they are undamaged and packed in ice – it may be more of a problem for the rest of the bits – although I have a contact in France who does face transplants. If they are good looking enough can you gently scalp everything above the neck?
