BIKE STOLEN!

Yesterday my bike was stolen from Grays Bikes in Harrow, London. It is currently unridable due to the clutch meaning it stalls when put into gear. I imagine it will be stripped down for parts so if anyone sees anything or is offered any bits let me know. Thieving blinkers should die. My number is NUMBER REMOVED BY AN LB MODERATOR. Please pm me if you have any information.

was it your shop? or was it just at the mechanics? I would be after a new bike if I’d left it with a shop and it got nicked

Sorry to hear of this.

A LOT of people on this forum seem to be getting their bikes stolen. Is this a coincidence?

Had a bike stolen from a bike shop while it was in for an mot years ago, they told me to claim off my insurance, wont repeat what i said to them…they tried palming me off with a secondhand bike:w00t: but i fought it and they ended up paying me out off their insurance took bout 4 months in total:D

Given the number of bike thefts that appear to be happening to LB-ers I think this warrants greater exposure, so new thread on the way…

wot he said m8, dont even contact your insurance company, also make sure they have reported it to the police, get crime number etc.
