I’ve had nightmares about this ever since I got my bike, and with great regret it happened last night around 3am :crying:
Got woken up by the alarm, and just as I jumped out of bed to see what’s going on, I saw a white van a guy shutting the doors and a final glimps of my indicator lights as the alarm screeched, unfortunately i was too slow to react and get the reg No :crying:
I’m absolutely devastated, even more so knowing that when I spoke to the police those effing w@nkers were probably still in the area with my baby!
Not only do I have to replace my pride and joy, claim on the insurance and therefore pay higher rates, I’ve lost a second track day and must fork out a lump sum to sort out my front garden now, or I wouldn’t be getting any sleep with a new bike parked on the road.
so sorry to hear that mate these theives are everywhere, hope the claim goes well sorry mel i didnt relaise it was you at first, i feel really gutted for you and its a shame your gonna miss a trackday
yes be positive, these guys are about, it seems they carry on their tasks without problems or risk of being caught…but when caught they will likely be told they are a naughty boy and that they should not do it again and because you have a wife and kids to look after we wont put you in jail or fine you very much…
On the other hand…if your speeding, and its your livelihood and you have done no one any harm, you will lose your licence, l;ose your job and if going very fast be put in prison, damn your wife and kids…
No wonder i get annoyed at this law and order system that we dont have…
I can’t believe this - I had a strange feeling something was wrong this am - so checked LB site - I know how it feels, had my bike nicked from outside myfriends flat. Nothing you can do, just hurts, and despite the insurance will cover, it was still YOUR bike, not someone else’s
Sh1t feeling to have it nicked, but to see it go must have been really awful, justice would have been to see them in a bloody heap further down the road.Bastards all of them!!!
Mel, I really am saddened to hear your news hun, hanging isn’t good enough for these vermin. It must be so upsetting to actually see it go. Weren’t you going to do a track day next week?:doze:
