Bike for this week

Hey all - guess what - the bike is up the swanny again - buggered after the run in the rain last Wednesday - so it’s going back into Honda on Saturday - when they’ll give me a loan bike… but until then I’ve got no bike and I hate the train and tube! So I’m thinking for a little more than the taxi, tube, and train costs be I can probably hire a cheep 500 for this week before I get the loan bike.

A couple of people have VERY kindly offered me a loan of their spare bikes… but as my insurance doesn’t cover me on other peoples bikes yet it’s not a sensible option…

So if anyone has a recommendation for a cheep loan / hire with insurance… please let me know ! :slight_smile:

…tell me about it - it’s less than 6 months old and there’s this stupid ‘can’t ride in the wet’ problem.

ahhh yes - great idea - just tried that - but because it’s my first year insurance they wont add another bike :frowning: She said they will next year! Fat lot of help that is.

Bad Luck mate, I am bike less this week and feel your pain.

If you get in touch with raceways in rotherhithe they might be able to help. My firm has done thier accident claims recoveries for years so if you mention Turnamms they might be able to do a deal.
