I am looking to buy a camera and recorder to fit my bike anyone got any advice I would like it to be fairly small easy to put on and take off and good quality picture

Guy at work has just fitted some to his track bike to record his races.

I’ll ask him tomorrow what kit he is using.

atc3000 are pretty good,easy to put on and take off records on to sd card so easy to put on pc only down side is they eat AA’s i used duracell and a 2 gb card and got 40 mins of recording … heres one on ebay, m63.l11777not the best qaulity but you get what you payfor, the cameras they use at foccused events look well good but dont know where you buy them the company is procam just found this looks good ,looks somthing like what i have on my track bike now . http://www.dogcamsport.co.uk/dcs-bike-camera-kits.htm

Maybe you should try some rechargeable batteries? They tend to last longer than normal ones. My digital camera eats regular batteries, but the rechargeable ones last ages longer. :slight_smile:

cheers will try them next time , whats the best recharable batts to get?

go for the highest mHa rating. highest I’ve seen on AAA’s is 1000mAh, but these things improve all the time

Thanks for the info I am going to get the dv500 from dogcam its a bit more expensive than the others but it looks like the best package i will post some footage soon
