Not sure if it’s still there but there used to be an auction house in Leyton, just off Lea Bridge Road. Argall Ave. i think it was:)
Only bike auction I know of is Manheim at Mansfield - not sure about the " write off " situation but deffo the biggest bike auction in Europe
