Best winter gloves under £50

So my current winter gloves give off about as much warmth as Ann Robinson.

Not commuting on the bike, so it’s not going to get a huge amount of winter use so not looking to invest hundreds.

Any recommendations for some digit warming goodness?

For that budget go for something by Spada - cheap & waterproof. You can usually get them in Infinity

im selling these, they might finish at that price…

buffalo have been pretty good for me

I bought a pair of these last week, fairly impressed so far. Used in conjunction with cheap heated grips they kept my hands toasty this morning.

Buy cheap buy twice.

If your wanting something that does the job you ask and will last the time then spend money on decent kit.

I’ve got the spada enforcers, previously had good reviews. Not let in any water but they do get cold. Not had any other winter gloves to compare though.

Have a look at the visor down reviews for Sub £99 winter gloves here

£60 gloves here

Just saw this thread. I used the visordown review (above) to buy a pair of Richa cold protect gtx gloves.
I have a general dislike of winter gloves, as most tend to be too bulky but these are really good. Been wearing them riding at night these last few weeks, with only my heated grips on minimum. No muffs or guard etc.

+1 for spada enforcers, good enough for around town and waterproof too. Had no issues whatsoever last winter.

Spada enforcers have been fine for me for the last 3 or 4 winters. Bit of glove proofer every now and again to make sure the water beads off and they’re still going fine.

I’ve read mixed reviews online but mine don’t leak and keep my hands warm enough for year round riding - perhaps I was lucky with my pair, I don’t tend to feel the cold too badly anyway.

i’ve checked those richa gtx, they look the dogs bollox but they dont come in xs :frowning:

think they should see me through most of the winter quite well ta.

cheers Dawesy, they’re not quite the same but it’ll do me nicely.

my current Richas have served me well for 3 years but they’re now falling apart.

180 notes…? would it not be better to buy heated gloves?

I got keiss heated inner gloves for winter, think they are now selling for £60

Got these, very impressed, seem to be keeping hands warm. Temp on bike was saying ICE and hands still seemed to be keeping warm. Haven’t tried them for more than 40 miles at one time. Got them at Ruislip Manor Daytona for £65.

Leaving aside the ‘under £50’ part of this, I just wish Knox would do something decent for winter. Their Zero glove is great for keeping dry, but doesn’t keep in warmth! If only they had one with some insulation inside or something
