its a seeded roll, covered in more seeds than you find in a packet at homebase.
my query is, is it possible these seeds can grow inside you, and am i going to have things growing from my arse if i eat it? :w00t:

But Steve, you will be safe. They have been baked at the same time as the bread and will not germinate. Cress on the other hand sometimes has live seeds in it …
i think the roll also had hemp seeds and steve has already taken a bit!
