Beeswax on rims?

Got some beeswax I use on leather boots to add water repellency.

Debating if it’s good idea to apply on rims to keep them from getting too messy with break dust and dirt.

Thoughts?

Beeswax? Won’t that attract Queen bees and wasps looking for a hive site? Or worse a whole 9 yard swarm!

Be careful what you put on your rim mate!

I’d agree… Whilst noone likes a dirty rim, you have to be careful what you apply to it…

Wipe clean and dry.

Should have guessed how this would have gone

Just wipe front to back mate.

furniture polish like pledge should do the trick
