Are you sure you don’t need a licence for these? I thought you needed a specific licence for exotic pets? Of course I’m no expert, I’ve only ever had dogs! 😛 ---

Apparently you only need a licence if they are venomous reptiles (dangerous) otherwise you can own what you like. . . ---

That’s disgraceful, I hope someone shops the owners and they get a nice hefty fine, totally unnecessary! What’s ridiculous is that these people were too lazy to take them to the local RSPCA shelter, explain the situation and hand over the care to someone else! Why put them in a bag and just leave them at the side of the road?!? 😠
