It is now time for me to arrange this year’s celebration meal.

Some have said to me that they would like to go back to Strada (by the Royal Festival Hall) like last year. The cost (i think) was about £25. We had a set menu which consisted of Antipasto to start, then the main was a choice of a pizza or risotto or pasta and pud was a choice of Tirimisu or Pannacotta or Hot choc pud.

I must admit it was a great location although parking is a bit of nightmare if you came by car or bike, the food was outstanding and the atmosphere was brilliant, all in all great value evening.

This year we can either go back to Strada or we can go to a new venue which I am looking into, but first, I need to know numbers before confirming venue X. Sorry for the mystery but a) I don’t want to say a venue and then not be able to book it and b) isn’t a little mystery exciting!!

This invite is also open to your partners/spouses HOWEVER please let me know on this topic

The date I am thinking of is Saturday 29th September. NEW DATE OF 6TH OCTOBER HAS BEEN AGREED!

I will be approx. 2600 nautical miles away in Cyprus. :smiley: for holidays, but boo for missing the dinner! :frowning:

Your job is to make ya own arrangements to be there and honour your own efforts !!

Last year, this was the icing on the cake…a reunion if ya like …but it was just as good as the event !
