Good friend of mine mick aka NIPPY has just received his fourth nip in 2 years, he for insurance premium reasons is hoping for a ban, rather then 12 points on his licence for the next 3 years, in your opinion, apart from attacking the judge what is his safest option for being banned short of turning up in his speedos?

being banned dosent clean his licence.once done for totting up if he gets caught again he gets banned again for totting up.

take it from me a ban doesnt do your insurance any good.
If you get banned your insurance will go sky high for abaout 5 years.

getting banned dosnet give you back a clean license it gives you a tt99 code which will stay on for about 4 or 5 years it dont help the insurance my insurance rocketed up 900 pounds because i got a tt99 code on my license when you get 12 points through totting up you then go back top zero points but have that ban code which you have to tell insurance companies take this advice from dsomeone whos just been off a ban for 2 months today
