Bandit 600 S (Faired) for sale
Reluctant sale, but I can’t afford to keep 2 bikes.
This is a great, tough and extremely reliable bike, easy to work on and cheap to insure.
It makes a good commuter workhorse but also has enough grunt to really come alive on the twisties - smiles are guaranteed !!
The bike has real presence and turns heads wherever it goes!
MOT until March 2010 (sailed through the MOT on 14th March 2009 with no advisories)

Loads of life left in the tyres (both have had less than 2000 miles of use!)
Plenty of life left on front & rear brake pads
Plenty of life left in chain & sprockets (the chain has been very regularly cleaned and lubricated)
Stubby oval race exhaust fitted - has removable baffle and is fully stamped for MOT time. This exhaust sounds amazing and adds real character to the bike (I also have the original exhaust too which you’re free to have)

Fully ACF50 treated recently to prevent corrosion

New battery fitted in 2008
K&N oil filter not fitted yet but I will include it
There is a spare fuel filter and tap which you can have
I have kept this bike fully serviced and maintained as per the recommended intervals, including recent valve clearance adjustment and carburettor synchronisation.
The engine starts first time, every time, and doesn’t miss a beat due to being well looked after and maintained and has many many miles of life left to go. Can demonstrate starting from cold.
The bike has been dropped once (no insurance claim against it), the only remaining evidence of this is some scratching to the side of the exhaust and to the side engine casing (this happened before the crash bars were fitted, typical!)
A small section of the side of the tank has been resprayed and would look better after a layer of lacquer
The speedo drive gear will need replacing at some point, although it is working fine (these can be had off ebay)

I will also chuck in a Haynes manual which will save you £££s by showing you how to do the work yourself - the Bandit is a nice easy bike to work on !
