Banbury, Cubana and a tea shop

It was good to see lots of you at Cubana last night.

Jolyon was asking about a nicer route to Banbury from North London.
I would pick up the A40 eg. by J5 of the M40
take the B4012 to Thame and round the ring road
then the B4011 to Bicester and round the ring road
then B4100 via Aynho to Banbury

We were also discussing how hard it is to find nice roads around London.
Here is a route to a tea shop in Winchelsea:

One to the tea shop in Compton:

and one to two tea shops in Essex and Hertfordshire:

Cheers Duncan!

I’ll give that route a try and let you know how I get on.

Jolyon

WOW, great job Duncan. I think I have been on one of those tea shops with you once before. I vouch for Duncan’s routes, they are always very nice bike roads.

Brilliant, thanks Duncan
