So took the bike to the garage to get a quote after my RTA on friday and yep because every plastic on it needs replacing the bike is a write off.
Not impressed as I love this little scooter, and to make matters worse although my solicitor thinks I have a good case it could easily end up 50 - 50 therefore I will not get the full value of the bike (as I’m tpft)…

I would try but after my accident on Monday night, it looks like mine will probably be a write off too. All I wanna do is cry

Not sure what to say, sorry to hear about your bike(s). You could ask for a second opinion on the assessment and see what they say?

unfortunately it will be the same as there is so much plastic damage, would have to go to honda to get the parts and the guy recons it could be anything upto £1000 just for parts and without fitting…

Well I’m on my CBT at the moment, but I have booked my DAS and I’m not telling any of you when it is so hopfully I will be getting a big bike from the claim…

It rained hard at the Ace one afternoon I had forgot to cover it. The rain stopped, I came out to see a crowd of people round my Bike, went over and the dye had washed out to such an extent it the seats “WERE” BRIGHT PINK.
I walked past the Bike and made out it wernt mine !!!
