A cyclist and a cement mixer collided at about 11.25. Many roads closed in the area, and the back roads are gridlocked. Check before approaching as there are a lot of cars doing emergency U-turns when they get bored.

Roads now clear.Took the opportunity to talk to the MP3 riding CSOs. They had 250s, will be getting the new 300cc version, and told me that Traffic are currently trialling the 500cc three wheeler (Fuocco) to replace their BMWs in central London.
but they are still just doing red route parking and the like right ? … or can they nick for riding offences ?
