Well on the bright side is not on the side wall so probably repairable if it is actually loosing pressure once u take it…might not have even gone that deep.
But always best to get it checked out!
Real bad luck, and even more amazing it went in head first. Ive never heard of that before. Youre unlucky too that the hole is near the edge of the tyre as having it plugged there is risky.

Now that’s just plain bad luck, have you removed it yet?
if as you’ve said it’s got the head in there, then that could well be unrepairable
I must admit I’d be tempted to stick a “sticky string” repair in it and see how it holds up, then look for a proper repair or replacement tomorrow.
I have got one of those foam tubes mate, if you want it? I have never used one before but got it here, lol

Thats bloody unlucky there mate. Had it happen to me last year and was sickened.
Erk, not good fella. Hope it can be repaired. I got my repairs done at FWR in Vauxhall for £20 when I used to pick up nails.

Bad luck mate happened to me recently. Have picked up about 5 nails in the last 2 years and most of em on the front and most of em new tyres as well!
