ARNIE'S 675 FULL STORY WITH PICS!

Hello all,

It’s an update to my recent crash/drop about 2 weeks ago. It’s all described in this post: http://londonbikers.com/forums/Topic332378-58-1.aspx

After the drop my black 675 got stripped to this level:

I had to replace alternator cover and most of the fairings including tank. I got some cheap brand new ones of guy on eBay :slight_smile:
tug 1400 and Terry-Moto came with help to my ‘workshop’ and we did a lot of hard work:

She looked a lot better than after the crash… I even liked the new colour :smiley:

But still I wasn’t happy with few bits… Like this ugly can:

So I ended up buying new slip-on, pazzos and hid’s
Two Brothers exhaust looked very nice when I unpacked it :smiley:

I managed to install all other things aswell and that’s how she looks like at the moment. I can only say She’s Damn Sexy !!!:smiley:

I ended up with total cost about £800-£900 which is not bad considering I got all new fairings, new slip-on, new lights, pazzos and alternator cover:w00t:

wow, she looks beautiful!! I’m amazed you have any fairing on after bill and ben had their hands on it :w00t:

You managed to get a lot for your money as well - was it ebay or do you have some secret supplier :wink: It cost me £600 just to get new engine casings and 2 bits of plastic for the R6 :w00t:

It’s ebay plus secret suppliers :smiley: Got a lot of stuff from US and managed to avoid customs fees :stuck_out_tongue:

Arnie - that looks great fella, I don’t usually do red but it suits her, top work!

I see Tel was doing his best to blend into the sofa, luckily he’s smiling so you can still see him!! :smiley:

Finally all that remains to be said is don’t go and drop the bl00dy thing this time! :wink:

I still think that the 675 Trumpet is the best looking of the sports 600’s (even though it cheats on engine cap!)

yeah he was very helpful :slight_smile: done one screw on the tail fairing and spent rest of the time on the sofa with my laptop :slight_smile:

he was more verbal help than manual :stuck_out_tongue:

Looks good. Couldn’t see any crash bungs though. I rode a red one on saturday, I don’t think they are as fast as the black ones. :hehe:

it’s one big bullshit about all the colours:D my red is as fast as black :slight_smile: maybe even faster though with 5kg less from old exhaust :slight_smile:
