No matter what the circumstances, I’m only insured for a theft claim if I lock the steering. (Yup, and remove the key! Bloody hell.)
Apparently, the factory fitted immobiliser, the Thatcham rated (what a scam that is) alarm disk lock and the Ninja bodyguard hanging from his toes above the bike don’t count.
Just lock the cheap, feeble, shoddy bit of stuff called a steering lock. All will be good then.
