yes but then there is always money that can be better spent in an individual’s eyes.
The eiffel tower was considered a waste of time (not saying it is like that) but how much revenue has that bought in over the last 100 years ?
£3 million isnt really much in the grand scheme of things (compared to whole cost of the olympics)

Personally I’m in favour of hyper-modern, bold, original, avant garde architecture - particularly in this country - where we tend to be architecturally quite conservative - particularly when it comes to house building - with all these new build estates with their neo tudorbethan/georgian pastiches - much better clean modern design with lots of glass.
But this design is just sh1t in my opinion.
It looks like someone’s dropped it and broke it
